검도 지도자의 지도유형과 집단 응집력과의 관계 연구 = A study in Relation to Leadership Style and Cohesive Power of Group in Korea Art of Fencing

This study was verified the relation to leadership style and cohesive power of group Korea art of fencing leaders' by searching their training people. The purpose of this study was to investigate theoretically and examine leadership style and cohesive power of Korea art of fencing group. All of leaders have had both side, intended to effort for lesson and intended members relationship(or negative and positive) aspects which influenced their training people. Are Theory X(intended to effort for lesson) and Y(intended to members relationship) still and effective classification in leadership frame by Blake & Mouton' 5 style for sport field.
1. Korea art of Fencing leader's were recognized middle of th road style by their training people. group's This leadership style had balanced on lesson and maintenance of membership.
2. The result of the cohesive power of fencing group somewhat were high level, because characters of fencing members were individually want to attend and fencing is some military arts, so unit and so strict.
Middle of the road leadership style had intentional relation of 7 factor(against men to men power, personal authority, value of members, membership, enjoyment, team work, friendship) of cohesive power or not relation these factors. This study of multi regression analysis results were not relation cohesive power and two Dimensions of Leadership style but Korea art of fencing groups cohesive powers and leadership style had relation of 14.5%.
