2주기 보육시설 및 유치원 평가제도 개선을 위한 논의

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

From the next year(2011), the daycare center and kindergarten is about to start the second period assessment system. At this point, We have researched the first period assessment system(process and criteria) for daycare center and kindergarten to propose some data for improving it
From the result of this study, we'd like to make following recommendations : First, the daycare center assessment system should be imposed as a matter of duty. Second, the kindergarten assessment system would be better to change supervising office from the Department of Education to independent organization. Third, the notification of visiting day to kindergarten should be prohibited, Fourth, the evaluation fee is free of charge to all daycare centers. Fifth, the daycare center assessment system should be subdivided into 5 scales evaluation from 3 scales and results of 2 levels. Sixth, the results of the assessment for kindergartens must be open to the public. Seventh, the support of government about assessment results was also recommended. Eighth, the standards and criteria for kindergarten assessment should be divided into public and private institution. And ninth, the training for evaluator must be intensified.
