유아교사를 위한 창의적 교수역량 앱 활용이 창의적 교수역량과 교수효능감에 미치는 영향 = The effects of a mobile application on early childhood teachers' creative teaching competence and teaching efficacy

The aim of this study was to examine the effect of using the Creative Teaching Competence Mobile App (CTCT App) on changes in creative teaching competencies and teaching efficacy of early childhood teachers. The CTCT app was developed to assist early childhood teachers in assessing and enhancing their creative teaching competencies, as well as to facilitate the exchange of innovative teaching practices among colleagues, thereby promoting creativity in young children. To investigate whether the use of the CTCT app influenced changes in creative teaching competencies, only the experimental group was given the CTCT app. A pre-test was conducted prior to the app's distribution, a post-test was conducted three months after the app's provision, and a follow-up was conducted six months later. The final analysis incorporated data from 27 experimental and 34 control participants who completed all three rounds of testing and was evaluated using descriptive statistics and the latent growth model. The findings of the study demonstrated that the implementation of creative teaching competency applications has a consistent and positive effect on the enhancement of creative teaching competency in early childhood educators. Furthermore, the implementation of creative teaching competency apps exerts a static effect on teaching effectiveness. These findings imply the necessity for policy support, including digital content development and infrastructure expansion, to enhance the creative teaching capabilities and teaching effectiveness of early childhood teachers.
