안휘 지역 경제발전 모델에 대한 연구 : A Study on the Pattern of Regional Economic Development of Anhui

국문 초록 (Abstract)

안휘성과 장강삼각주지역의 경제발전격차는 매우 크다. 20 세기 중국의 개혁개방은 동부 연해안 지역에서부터 시작되었으며 당시의 유리한 발전 조건을가진 동부 연해안 지역은 정부의 정책적 지원을 통해 더욱 빠르다 성장하였다. 최근 들어 중국 정부는 “중부궐기” 와 “완강도시궐산업이전” 등의 정책을 통해 중부지역의 발전을 촉진하고 있다. 안휘성은 중부지역의 성 중의 하나로서 지리적 조건이 양호하며 자원이 풍부한 특진을 가지고있으며 또한 장강삼각주지역과도 지리적으로 연계되어 있기 때문에 향후 지역발전의 가능서이 매우 높은 지역이다.
안휘경제발전은 상대적으로 낙후되어 있다. 주변에는 장강삼각주지역이 발전하고 있는데 왜 안휘성의 발전은 낙후되어 있는가. 앞으로 안휘성의 경제발전은 어떤 업종과 산업을 집중적으로 육성해야 할 것인가. 이러한 문제에 대한 본 연구는 입지계수를 이용하여 전국의 다른 지역과 비교해서 상대적으로 비교우위를 가진 안휘성의 산업을 분석한다. 입지계수를 통한 비교우위산업의 분석은 앞으로 안휘성의 산업구조고도화 와 연관산업의 발전에 있어서 중요한 의의를 가진다.
본 논문은6개장으로 구성된다. 제1장은 서론이며, 제2장은 안휘지역경제와 산업구조에 대해 문헌회고이다. 제3장은 안휘성과 주변 지역과의 경제발전 격차와 산업구조의 차이를 통계자료를 이용하여 비교하고 있다. 제4장은 입지계수를 이용하여 안휘성의 비교우위산업을 분석한다. 제5장은 제4장의 본석을 기초로 향후 안휘성의 주요 산업과 지역 간 협력에 대한 방안을 제기한다.제6장은 결론이다.

There is no doubt that Anhui and the Yangtze river triangle area have a deep economic gap. In twentieth century, The policy of reformation and opening start was from the eastern coastal area in china, The so Yangtze river triangle area have the policy suppory and were brought about the economic growth. But as the government "Wan Jiang Belt Industry Transfer" and "the Rise of the Central Region" policy have been put forward recently, the world’concern has been gradually on the central region, particularly in Anhui province. The geographical position of Anhui is superior for the rich resources and close to the Yangtze River Delta. In the following days, how to realize the rapid economic development and 107
regional harmonious development is not only the major issues of Anhui province development but also the important driving force of Chinese coordinated economy development .
The economical development in Anhui is slower than its neighbor, the Yangtze River Delta. Why is only Anhui development behind and what should Anhui economic development point focus on,This paper attempts to use the location quotient analysis method to find the way to promote economic development of Anhui dominant industry department and analyze the all departments in a comparative advantageous and sustainable development and scale development in Anhui. Thus, it grows feasible and necessary to promote the upgrading of industrial structure and the formation of the industry chain is in Anhui.
The paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly explains the research background, content and method. The second part i reviews the literature about regional economy in Anhui province and the development of other regional economy. The third part showes the difference of the industrial structure and the economic gap in Anhui province and the Yangtze river delta region through using the objective economic data in recent years. The fourth part finds the relative advantageous industry of Anhui by using location quotient analysis method. The fifth part objectively analyzes the main development superiority industry and regional cooperation between the divisions of labor in Anhui in the future. The sixth part is the reference and conclusion. Hope this paper can provides the government and investors into Anhui some policy and investment references.
