敎師と硏究者間の協同による授業改善の試み: 大學の日本語授業の制約を乘り越えて = Attempting to Improve the Japanese Language Course in Japanese University through Collaboration with Instructors and a Researcher: Overcoming the Restricts of Japanese Language Course in University

This paper details the attempt to improve the Japanese language course in Japanese university. Especially we focus the ``restricts`` of course in university, try to overcome the ``restricts`` through collaboration with two instructors and a researcher. This collaborative attempt used two methodologies, one is recording video of course, the other is conference with members. Overtime, three members influenced and supported each other to improve their courses, consequently an instructor has recognized a possibility for overcoming the ``restricts`` in her present and future course. This case provides two suggestions for us. One is an importance of collaboration for improving courses, the other is a necessity making chances for instructors to collaborate with their colleagues in university.
