精神科 外來通院患者의 藥物服用實態에 對한 硏究 = A Study on the Medication Noncompliance of Psychiatric Outpatients

This study was intended to enhance drug compliance and to increase drug therapeutic effect of psychiatric patients by investigativing concepts and attitudes of psychiatric outpatients. The survey was performed by questionaire method to psychiatric and internal medicine outpatients who visited to Korea University Kuro Hospital in two weeks of September 1989. According to these results, only 1.1％ of psychiatric outpatients showed negative attitude to drug itself. But their drug compliance reached to 58.7％ compare to 50.0％ of internal medicine outpatients. In order to assist regular drug compliance of patients, it is thought to recommend simpler drug administration schedule supervisor for tacking drug, education for drug therapy period and habituation, adequate therapy for drug side effects.
