대학생의 자기효능감과 결과 기대가 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향 = The relationship among self-efficacy, expected outcomes and college students’ adjustment

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 진로변인들의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다 이에 자기효능감과 결과기대가 대학생활적응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 398명을 대상으로 자기효능감, 결과기대, 대학생활적응에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 이 후 대상(성별, 학년)집단별 차이 검증과 변인들 간의 상관분석 및 매개분석을 하였다. 먼저 집단간 차이검증 결과 남녀 학생간의 대학생활적응, 자기효능감, 결과기대가 유의미한 차이를 나타냈으며, 학년 간에는 결과기대와 자기효능감이 차이를 나타냈다. 다음으로 변인들 간의 관계에서는 자기효능감과 결과기대 그리고 대학생활적응 간에 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타났으며, 자기효능감이 결과기대를 부분 매개하여 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 대학생활적응의 문제를 갖고 있는 대학생들을 상담할 때 보다 중점적으로 다뤄야할 매개 변수의 존재를 파악하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship among Self-efficacy, Expected Outcomes and College Students’ Adjustment. This study conducted a survay on 398 university student through questionnaire regarding Self-efficacy, Expected Outcomes and College Students’ Adjustment. The result of this research summarized as follows: first, there were significant difference on sex by Self-efficacy, Expected Outcomes and College Students’ Adjustment. and grade by Self-efficacy, Expected Outcomes. Second, there were significant positive correlations among Self-efficacy, Expected Outcomes and College Students’ Adjustment. Third, Expected Outcomes was partial mediation between Self-efficacy and College Students’ Adjustment. Finally, the suggestions and limitations of present study were discussed.
