광역자치단체 웹사이트의 평가와 그 함의 = The Evaluation and Implications of Local Government' Websites

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

More than 73% of people are using internet and the website of government becomes an important method to provide people with various information and. services. Local Governing bodies have showed interests in website and made an endless efforts for its reinforcement in order to satisfy e-government. However, there are a lot of problems such as specialist-oriented website manufacture and operation, insufficient contents, insufficient transparency of internet civil application, insufficient information service for the information poor and formal two-way communication. By recognizing the problems, the study executed the assessment on the websites of 16 Local Governments. Through the analysis on the existing studies, which are suitable for the goal, it drew 5 assessment items such as information supply, correspondence, interaction, convenience of use and design and 23 assessment indexs. Further more, it granted the weight to item by using AHP technique and performed field survey. The result of assessment item showed that user's most satisfactory assessment item was information supply. Convenience of use and design were generally satisfactory, correspondence was normal and interaction was low. In addition, it was confirmed that website needs to be revised as customer-oriented way because website is focused on information provider.
