비정형 빅데이터를 활용한 문화다양성에 대한 인식연구 : 사회복지 분야를 중심으로 = A Study on Awareness of Cultural Diversity Using Unstructured Big Data : Focused on the Field of Social Welfare

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 비정형 빅데이터 분석을 통해 사회복지 분야를 중심으로한 문화다양성 인식의 현황이 어떠한지 파악하고 그에 따른 제언을 제시하는 것이 연구목적이다. ‘문화다양성+사회복지’의 키워드로 텍스트 빈도분석, 중심성 분석, CONCOR분석을 실시한 결과 한국의 사회복지 분야에서 문화다양성 인식은 다문화적 요소가 두드러지는 이전의 흐름을 벗어나지 못한 소수자와 다양한 사회집단을 포괄하는 접근이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 사회복지사의 문화다양성 역량 강화를 위해 첫째, 사회복지 교육과 실천 현장에서 다양한 대상과 사회적 소수자를 적극적으로 다루고 논의하는 것이 필요하며, 둘째, 예비 사회복지사들의 문화다양성 핵심 가치를 실현하는 토대를 위한 적극적인 교육의 연계 방향을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 문화다양성에 대한 정의 및 인지적 측면에 대한 인식 강화를 위해 한국의 문화적 상황을 반영하여 사회복지사 윤리강령들을 보다 구체화할 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to identify the current state of awareness of cultural diversity in the social welfare field through non-structured big data analysis and to provide recommendations based on the findings. Using the keywords "cultural diversity + social welfare," text frequency analysis, centrality analysis, and CONCOR analysis were conducted. The results revealed that in the social welfare field in Korea, awareness of cultural diversity has not progressed beyond the previous trends focused on multicultural elements, lacking an inclusive approach to minorities and various social groups. Accordingly, to strengthen the cultural diversity capabilities of social workers, first, it is necessary to actively address and discuss various targets and social minorities in social welfare education and practice. Second, it is necessary to establish a foundation for realizing the core value of cultural diversity for prospective social workers, and a direction for linking active education was presented. Lastly, it was suggested that, in order to strengthen awareness of the definitions and cognitive aspects of cultural diversity, there is a need to further specify the codes of ethics for social workers by reflecting the cultural situation in Korea.
