핀란드의 교사양성교육 프로그램의 특성 = An Analysis on Finnish Teacher Education Program

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 핀란드 교사양성교육의 특징을 분석하기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위해 핀란드 교원양성대학교 두 곳을 선정하여 두 대학의 교사교육 철학 및 목적, 교사교육 프로그램의 구조 및 체제, 교사교육 교육과정 등 세 측면을 분석 틀로 삼아 분석하였다.
분석 결과, 핀란드 교사교육 프로그램은 이론과 실제의 조화, 각 담당기관들 간의 분업적 협력체제, 충분한 교과내용학 교육, 철저한 교직학 교육, 연구기반 교사교육 등의 특징이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 통한 교사교육에 주는 시사점으로 교직학 정립의 필요, 교사교육 철학과 방향 정립, 중등교사 양성과정에서 내용학 교육의 강화 등을 제언하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of Finnish teacher education program. For this purpose, I chose two Finnish Universities having teacher education program. And I made the framework for analysis. The framework is consisted of the philosophy of teacher education, the structure of teacher education program, and curriculum of teacher education.
The findings of this research are as followings: 1) There is a harmony between theory and practice in Finnish teacher education program. 2) They have distributed cooperation system in teacher education program. 3) Students are enough learning the contents of their subject in teacher education program. 4) Students are also enough learning pedagogical studies in teacher education program. 5) Finnish teacher education program is based on research.
From these results, I can get some hints for improving Korean teacher education program. 1) We have to develop the pedagogical studies in our teacher education program. 2) We should establish the philosophy of our teacher education program. 3) We have to magnify the contents of subject which pre-service teachers will teach in their schools.
