일반논문 : NPO와 상하이 유동 아동의 사회교육 = NPO and the Social Education of Underclass Migrant Teenagers in Shanghai

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 사회 교육의 시야에서 당대 상하이 비영리단체가 유동 아동의 사회 서비스 영역에서 전개하고 있는 사업을 정리하고자 하며, 3개의 전형적인 NPO의 능력 교육, 소양 교육, 시민 교육을 각각 고찰하고 있다. 이 세 종류의 교육은 하층 시민 가정 교육과 학교 교육의 부족을 보충하고 있으며, 유동아동의 도시 적응을 추동하고, 어느 정도는 도시 정신의 승화를 촉진하고 있다. NPO가 유동 아동의 사회 교육에서 더욱 기능을 잘 하게 하기 위해서 NPO 사회 교육 서비스의 정부 구매 제도를 개선하고 NPO 사회 교육과 학교교육의 협조를 강화하고, 타지 대입 시험 정책의 실시와 학교 사회 서비스의 발전을 추진하기를 제안한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

From the perspective of social education, this article attempts to comb the efforts to provide social services to underclass migrant teenagers by Shanghai NPO. The stress will be on the following three sorts of education: capability education, literacy education, civic education of NPO. The above-mentioned educations have more or less advanced the urban adaptation of underclass migrant teenagers, making up for the inadequacy of underclass migrant family education. Meanwhile, for the limits of post-compulsory education policies, the social educations which represent the social welfare of teenagers and benefit the urban adaptation of underclass migrant teenagers will not necessarily promote their test scores, and some even overstep their realistic needs, which make underclass migrants fall into choice dilemma. So, the systematic integration of social education and school education should be advocated.
