Seizures are acute neurological events that require prompt assessment and appropriate nursing interventions. Due to the unpredictable nature of seizures, nursing competence is essential to ensure patient safety and optimize clinical outcomes. This study aimed to develop a nursing simulation scenario for seizure care to enhance the competency of nursing students in clinical judgment and emergency responses. This scenario was developed based on an actual clinical case and included vital signs, neurological assessment, oxygen therapy, safety nursing, and communication skills with healthcare professionals. This scenario provides a structured learning opportunity for nursing students to compensate for limited clinical experience and enhances their competency in seizure care.
