상업시설의 BIM 융합적 활용 라이브러리에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 배경 및 목적은 다음과 같다. 최근 건설IT 융합 분야의 화두인 BIM(Building Information Modeling)이 전 세계 건설업계에 대두되면서, 국내에서도 그 실용성과 활용성에 대해 논의가 제기되고 있다. 특히, 상업시설의 융합적 관점에서의 BIM 라이브러리에 대한 연구는 시급한 실정이다.
BIM이 추구하는 궁극적인 목표가 건축 전 과정 동안 정보의 재활용과 관리를 통한 프로젝트의 가치 향상이기 때문에, 기획․설계․시공․유지관리 등 프로젝트의 모든 단계에 있어서 중요하게 작용한다.
실내건축분야에 있어서는 관련 BIM 기술개발 및 활용에 대한 연구가 미비한 상황이며 이에 대한 연구가 필요한 상황이다. 본 논문의 연구목적 및 내용, 범위는 다음과 같다. 즉, 선행 프로젝트로 진행 된 상업공간의 BIM 적용성 검토를 토대로 상업시설 실내공간계획 시 BIM 적용 프로세스에 대해 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 상업공간(대형마트)의 실내공간계획을 위한 BIM의 구체적인 활용방안을 모색하였다.
본 연구의 연구방법 및 내용, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. BIM기반의 라이브러리DB의 구축을 통한 공간계획을 상업시설의 BIM 라이브러리 연구를 통해 시뮬레이션을 진행하였다. 객체 정보화, 객체 설계, 객체 데이터의 라이브러리 프로세스를 제시하였다.
향후 상업시설의 실내공간계획의 BIM 라이브러리는 IT기술과의 결합으로 인한 융합적 통합관리가 가능할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is as follows. Thank to the rapid advance of a digital technology and an information technology, there has been active research into process simulation-based project management job interlinking process management with 3D design also in construction management.
Recently, As the construction industry has been growing in size and complexity, the utilization of BIM is increased to improve effective management and integration of information. BIM(Building Information Modeling) has been focused on architecture, engineering, construction and maintenance field. However, There is a lack of BIM research on Interior Architecture fields. So It needs more research in this area. The purpose of this study is as follows : through a previous study that review on BIM applicability of commercial building interior design, this study propose a process of MD Plan and utilization planning for commercial building Interior design based on BIM. As a result of this, BIM library, 3D simulation, automation for quantity estimation and information management can improve efficiency of business and help decision making for MD plan.
However, existing construction management systems merely play the role of saving and sharing information through a field management system.
This study is supposed to be utilized as a construction management alternative for d decision-making support while proposing another possibility to those engaged in related industries and academic circles.
Also a temporary plan to apply the BIM simulations are not going well. The reason for the building of a library well enough and the DB is not made. Therefore, a temporary plan of the library database is the correct formulation needed.
