This study aimed to find out employees satisfaction level of hotel training program in Seoul using IPA. In order to find out the result, training program`s expectation and satisfaction level have been analysed and operational suggestions were given basis on the Keep up the Good Work and Concentrate here section of Importance and Performance Analysis. As the result, Employee satisfaction is crucial for the guest satisfaction. In order to create better guest satisfaction, employee`s expectation and satisfaction level of training program have to be studied. Also continuous support from top management and training manager is important.
