한·미·일의 교육재정 조달방법과 재원에 관한 비교 연구 = A Comparative Study on the Funding Measures and Resources for Educational Finance in Korea, America and Japan

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to obtain a suggestion about a scheme to secure educational finance. So I made a comparative study of the methods of supply for the educational finance and funds in three nations : Korea, America and Japan.
As a result of these studies, I came to the conclusion as followings ; When Korea is compared with America and Japan ; first, the amount of investment in public school expenses from G. N. P. Which America and Japan are making is higher than Korea. Second, the methods of supply the educational finance and the form of funds in America and Japan are various than Korea. third, the local government makes a great effort to support the educational finance, and so the rate of self-supporting in school expenses between public school and private school, but to correct this, government is enforcing the support on finance.
Therefore, to improve the finance of Korea education, followings are needed ;
First, we should increase the absolute size of educational investment. second, we should remind local government of responsibilities on education and third, make a great effort to increase the school expenses through diversity of the supporting methods of educational finance, and lastly, government ought to support actively for the private school.
