기술혁신형 중소기업의 경영자 리더십, 조직문화와 경영성과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 기술혁신형 중소제조기업을 표본으로 한정하여 어떠한 조직문화와 경영자 리더십이 경영성과를 개선할 수 있는지를 실증분석 하였다. 이를 위해서 기술혁신형이라고 응답한 기업을 표본으로 조직문화와 경영자 리더십이 재무․비재무 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 모형과 기업의 기술혁신 정도를 측정하고 이를 변수에 포함하여 조직문화와 경영자 리더십이 재무․비재무 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 모형으로 구분하여 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과, 경영자 리더십은 기술혁신형 중소기업의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 서번트리더십은 두 모형에서 재무․ 비재무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 경영자의 서번트리더십이 기술혁신형 중소기업에서 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 이는 기술혁 신형 중소기업에서는 경영자의 목표 제시 및 지원, 배려와 격려, 의견수렴, 노력과 희생 등의 서번트리더십 특성이 긍정적으로 작용하고 있음을 나타낸다고 할 수 있다. 더불어 기술혁신 정도는 재무․비재무 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 기술혁신형 중소기업으로의 전환이 필요함을 나타내었으며, 기술혁신형 중소기업에서 혁신적문화, 관료적문화는 재무성과에 대한 긍정적인 영향이 나타났으며, 혁신적문 화, 지원적문화, 관료적문화는 비재무성과에 대해 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 기술혁신형 중소기업에는 서번트리더십이 매우 중요하게 작용하고 있으며, 중소기업의 지속가능 한 발전을 위해서는 기술혁신 기업으로의 전환이 중요하게 나타났다. 본 연구가 기술혁신 중소기업에 적합한 조직문화와 경영자 리더십을 찾아보고자 하였으며, 실무적인 측면에서 보면 서번트리더십과 기술혁 신의 중요성을 실증적으로 보여주었다는 점에서 의미를 찾을 수 있을 것이다. 하지만 본 연구는 표본과 설문연구로 인한 한계점을 가지고 있으 므로, 향후 연구에서는 업종과 규모를 통제한 표본과 객관적인 실제 기업경영성과 자료를 이용한 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

Previously studies are insist that leadership types and organizational culture types are important role in technology innovation type SMEs. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine whether the effect of leadership types, organizational culture types on the financial and non-financialmanagerial performance in technology innovation type SMEs . So, Achieve the this purposewe executed cross-sectional analysis using the variables were evaluated by using questionnaires. Leadership types are classified transformational, transactional, servant leadership and organizational culture types are classified bureaucratic, innovative, supportive culture types according to their response. Findings of this study can be summarized as follows : The results of this study indicate that servant leadership type is effected on the financial and non-financial managerial performance in technology innovation type SMEs. This means that SMEs are need change to the technology innovation types. And, bureaucratic organizational culture is effected on financial and non-financial managerial performance in technology innovation type SMEs. Innovative organizational culture and supportive organizational Culture are effected on non-financial managerial performance in technology innovation type SMEs. Finally, We find that technology innovation type SME ’s financial and non-financial managerial performance was effected on leadership types and organizational culture types. Eventually, This study provides implications in the practical aspect by empirically verifying that managerial performance has improved by leadership type and organizational culture types in technology innovation type SMEs.
