전후방 가치사슬 기업 지원정책 수립을 위한 디지털전환(DX) 이슈 분석 : 텍스트마이닝 활용을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 전후방 가치사슬 기업 지원정책 수립을 위한 디지털 전환(Digital Transformation) 관련 뉴스 데이터를 활용하여 디지털 전환(DX)의 주요 키워드와 토픽을 파악하였다. 1996년부터 2023년에 보도된 뉴스에서 “디지털 전환”을 키워드로 추출된 뉴스 기사 9,751건을 추출하였으며, 오픈 통계패키지 R을 활용하였다. 키워드 분석 결과 “서비스”, “성장”, “추진”, “지원”, “확대” 등이 도출되었으며, 토픽 모델링을 통해 “금융분야의 디지털 전환 가속화”, “디지털 전환의 패러다임 변화”, “디지털 전환 기술”, “사회적 문제해결”, “글로벌 다양한 변화”, “지역 발전”, “정부 정책과 규제”로 나타났다.

This study analyzes digital transformation (DX) issues to inform the development of support policies for firms across the value chain, utilizing news data related to digital transformation. A total of 9,751 news articles containing the keyword “digital transformation,” published between 1996 and 2023, were collected and analyzed using the open-source statistical package R. Keyword analysis identified major terms such as “service,” “growth,” “promotion,” “support,” and “expansion.” Topic modeling further revealed key topics, including the acceleration of digital transformation in the financial sector, paradigm shifts in digital transformation, digital transformation technologies, solutions to social issues, diverse global changes, regional development, and government policies and regulations. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers aiming to support digital transformation initiatives within the value chain.
