서울시 아동정책 분석 = An Analysis on Policy for Children in Seoul

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study has been carried out to analyze policy for children in Seoul and offer suggestions in relation to policy direction in the future. For this, statistical reports of children, governmental reports and reports from city councils have been collected and analyzed. From this study, it has been suggested that the policy for children in Seoul should, in the future, take into account early intervention, policy diversification, network systemization, policy balance for children in general and children in crisis, liaison with family policy, survey regularization on the current situation of children, and budget increases for children’s services.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 서울시 아동정책을 분석하여 향후 아동정책이 나가야 할 방향을 살펴보는 것이었다. 연구를 위해 서울시 아동통계 및 정책보고서, 시정자료 등을 수집, 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과 향후 서울시 아동정책은 조개개입 정책의 추진, 정책의 다양화, 연계체계의 제도화, 일반아동과 위기아동 정책의 조화, 가족정책과의 연계, 아동실태조사의 정례화, 그리고 예산이 확대되어야 할 것을 제안하였다.
