자세.움직임 정상화 프로그램이 뇌성마비아동의 대근육운동능력과 안구운동 능력에 미치는 효과 = The Effects of the Postural Movement Normalization Program on the Gross Motor Abilities and Occulomotor Abilities of Children with Cerebral Palsy

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 자세움직임 정상화 프로그램이 뇌성마비 아동의 대근육운동 능력과 안구운동 능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였으며 자세움직임 정상화 프로그램을 적용한 결과는 다음과 같다.첫째, 자세ㆍ움직임 정상화군의 대근육운동 기능의 변화는 통계적으로 유의한 증가가 있었다.둘째, 자세움직임 정상화군의 대근육운동 수행능력은 모든 영역인 안정성, 신체정렬, 체중이동, 분리운동, 협응운동 수행평가에서 유의한 증가가 있었다. 셋째, 자세ㆍ움직임 정상화군의 안구운동의 변화는 모든 영역인 시각고정, 단속운동, 시추적운동 능력의 유의한 증가가 있었다.따라서, 정상자세조절 능력의 향상은 뇌성마비 아동에게 기능적 운동조절을 제공하여 환경의 변화와 다양한 과제에 대한 적절한 반응을 만들어 낼 수 있었음을 의미한다. 또한 뇌성마비 아동의 시각과 안구운동조절은 머리위치와 머리조절과 관련이 있고 머리조절은 근위부의 안정과 함께 체간의 안정성이 확보되어야 가능함을 말해준다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research is investigated for understanding of how postural movement normalization program affects on gross motor ability and occulomotor ability to the children with cerebral palsy, served by twelve persons of controlling group and twelve persons of experiment group, thereby all of which is composed of twenty four persons, based on the prior and post plan of controlling group. Each of groups is checked by three times a week for twelve weeks while controlling group is not arbitrated on eyeballs movement. The measurement both prior plan and post is achieved from the data based on the analysis of function and performance judgement on gross motor movement and eyeballs movement. Which results as follows.
First, there is a statistically meaningful increase in terms of the change of gross motor function on posture and movement in normalization group.
Secondly, there is meaningful increase in terms of performance judgement of stability, alignment, weight shift, dissociation movement, and coordination, all of which are involved in gross motor performance on posture and movement.
Thirdly, there is meaningful increase in term of the change of eyeballs movement on posture and movement in normal group, which are fallen into the are abilities of fixation of sight, intermitted movement visual trace movement.
