우울증 환자의 대인관계 특성: 증상과 독립적인가? = Psychosocial Functioning in Depression

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 우울증의 대인관계 모형에 기초해서, 우울증과 관련된 대인 관계적 역기능을 파악하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 연구의 대상은 28명의 현재 우울증 집단, 24명의 우울증 회복집단, 31명의 정상 통제집단이었다. 이들을 대상으로 우울증상과 함께 대인 관계적 특성에 대한 자기보고 평가를 실시하였다. 그 결과 현재 우울증 삽화 환자들은 정상 통제군 및 우울증 회복집단에 비해 사회적 지지는 낮게, 갈등은 높게 지각하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 대인 관계 행동 중 의존성과 위안 추구가 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이들 대인 관계적 역기능은 우울증의 증상이 회복된 이후에는 완화되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 우울증과 관련된 대인관계 행동이 우울증상과 공변하는 현상이거나, 스트레스와의 상호작용을 통해 우울증에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사한다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 추후 연구방향에 대해 논의하였다.
