공무원의 스포츠 활동 참여 여부와 금연정책 인식도 = The Relationship between Government Officials Recognition of Anti Smoking Policies and Sports Participation

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to gather the primary basic data for the development of health promotion through the analysis of the relationship between local government officials' recognition of anti smoking policies and sports participation from the social psychological point of view.
For this study, 768 officials were sampled out of civil servants who work S principle local government(ward office) in Seoul city in order to find out and compare recognition of civil servants on smoking status and recognition of anti smoking policies by sports participation.
Collected data were statistically analyzed through frequency analysis and X²test by SPSS 8.0 Program for windows.
Through these methods and process the following results are demonstrated.
First, the 20's(a generation) group ranked the highest in the smoking rate.
Second, the group that regularly participated in the athletic activities displayed lower smoking rate than those groups that did not participate.
Third, there was no different recognition on anti smoking policies whether they have ever joined sport or not.
