都市再開發에 있어서 公共用地의 效率的 確保方案에 關한 硏究 = A STUDY ON URBAN RENEWAL FOR EFFICIENT ACQUISTION OF THE PUBLIC LOTS

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this paper is to find the method of urban renewal for efficient aquistion of the public lots.
The concentration in the city as well as other metropolitan areas has brought the increase of the demand of land and accordingly the rise of the land price in such areas. The aftermath of negligence of the investment of S.O.C. in 1980s is even still acting as an impediment element for economical growth.
Therefore, by means of a program for the Third Na-tional Comprehensive Physical Plan(1992-2001),the investment of infrastructure has strengthened, Accordingly, the government as well as local governments suffer from the difficulty of securing the financial resources required public projcts.
So, to make smooth of the propelling of the business in the acquisition of the land for public use has become a very importent issue.
After such a study, following suggestions are made for the good policy of the land in the future.
First,the system of the public concept of the land extended and executed.
Second, some plans to raise the rate of the public land owned by the government be searched.
Third, the organic cooperation between self-governing groups should be done by means of the selection of location of hatred aversion fealities, etc.
Fourth, the policy of restraining the concentra-tion of population into cities should be driven forwards continuously.
