Recently the supplier based educational system changes into the demander based system as industries require workers to have ability and skill for the field. The paper presents the module text model for pneumatics that is widely used in the field of factory automation. The contents of the module text include the technologies and field abilities that are obtained through curriculum analysis according to job specifications. By developing the module text based on the learning step and learner`s level, it is possible for the learner to learn the contents on his own initiative based on his individual ability. Web based training contents are also developed to study through the internet. Linking the module text with web based learning contents enables on-line and off-line learning. This will improve the learner`s individual learning ability, which will contribute to the demander based educational system.
