This research aimed to investigate the impact of recreation and eco- tourism activities management in Monphayachae forest park in Lampang province towards environment, culture, society and economy as perceived by data providers. Data were obtained from three groups of respondents: 1) staff of Monphayachae forest park; 2) president and community administration committee; and 3) staff of Phichai Sub- District Administration Organization, Muang district, Lampang province. Results of the study revealed that eco- tourism and recreation activities rarely had an impact on surrounding environment- both fauna and flora, culture, society, economy and people were not able to perceive the change that occurred. However, It was also observed that scenery viewing activity clearly caused damage to lat varieties such as abrasion on branches and stems and decreased density of cover plants. Thus, pararell method should be employed to utmostly reduce the damage; that is, to proclaim plant conservation and protection, perfect as a way of fostering awareness on natural resources and environmental conservation, promotion of knowledge and experience exchange, among local as well as language learning exchange between local people and tourist.
