대학주도 방과후학교 사회적기업의 지속가능성 연구 = Study on the Sustainability of University-led Social Enterprise for After-school Education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

한국의 사회적기업은 현재 한계에 도달한 것으로 평가된다. 사회적 협동조 합이나 사회적 경제법 등이 여야를 막론하고 언급하는 것은 새로운 돌파구를 찾기 위한 노력의 일환이다. 또한 교육부의 대학주도 방과후학교 사회적기업 은 이러한 노력과 연결된다. 대학과 방과후학교와 사회적기업을 연결하는 정 책은 매우 의미가 있다. 진리를 추구하고 그 진리를 현장에서 검증하는 대학 과 사교육의 절감과 농·어촌 학생의 학업수준을 제고하는 방과후학교와 취약 계층을 고용하여 수익을 내고 이익을 사회에 환원한다는 사회적기업은 매우 긴밀하게 서로의 가치를 공유하는 측면이 있기 때문이다. 본 연구는 이러한 연관성에 주목하여 대학주도 방과후학교 사회적기업이 발전할 수 있는 방안 을 찾는데 주력하였다.

Social enterprise of Korea is evaluated to reach its limit. What Social cooperatives or social economic law is mentioning without questions the opposing parties is a part of effort to find a new breakthrough. Also university-led social enterprise for after-school education is connecting to this effort. Policy leading both after-school and social enterprise is very meaningful. Because university seeking and verifying the truth, reduction of private education , after-school enhancing educational level of rural students, social enterprise hiring vulnerable social group and making a profit and returning to society are sharing their value. Concentrating this connection, this study is focused on finding ways that university-led social enterprise for after-school education is progressing
