교사-교장 신뢰가 교사의 사기 및 학교만족에 주는 효과에 관한 탐색적 연구 = An Inquiry Study of the Effects of Teacher-Principal Trust on Teachers` Morale and School Satisfaction

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzed the effects of teacher-principal trust on the teachers` morale and school satisfaction by using the 4th Korea Educational Longitudinal Study(KELS) data of KEDI. The major findings of this study are as follows. Firstly, the higher trust level among teachers and principal, the higher teachers` morale and school satisfaction. While controling the background variables of teachers and schools, 1 point raised in trust climate results in higher scores in teachers` morale and school satisfaction: .425 points in teachers` morale, .531 points in school satisfaction, respectively. Secondly, trust climate is the important variable explaining the differences of teachers` morale and school satisfaction among schools. Thirdly, teachers` trust for the principal decrease the effect of the background variables on the teachers` morale and school satisfaction. The results of this study show the importance of Trust among stake-holders of school. Accordingly, this study suggests that we need to concern the characteristics of trust among school members.
