놀이치료 초심자의 성격특성과 인지적 정서조절 및 심리적 소진의 관계 = The Relationships between The Big Five Personality Factors of the Novice Play Therapists, Cognitive Emotion Regulation and the Burnout

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between the Big Five personality factors of novice play therapists, cognitive emotion regulation and burnout. Stepwise multiple regression analysis was performed in order to determine the order of importance of these factors in explaining burnouts via subscales of personality factors and subscales of cognitive emotion regulation amongst novice play therapists. Lastly, path analysis was conducted in order to uncover the direct and indirect influences upon novice play therapists of the Big Five personality factors via cognitive emotion regulation which results in burnout. The results of the study are as follows: Neuroticism of Big Five personality factors has been shown to have a direct influences upon the burnout experienced by novice play therapists, and via rumination and blaming others, subscales of cognitive emotion regulations, had an indirect influenced upon burnout experienced by novice play therapists. Extraversion and openness have both been shown to only have an indirect influence upon burnout experienced by novice play therapists via the subscale of cognitive emotion regulation, and a refocus on planning.
