중소기업의 공동물류정책을 통한 물류합리화에 관한 연구 = 목재의 공동구매 및 조달을 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study proposed plans for many small- and medium-sized companies to make group purchase of lumbar, realize economy of scale, and lead the terms of delivery to their advantages as plans to meet the requirements of suppliers in the purchase stage and reinforce purchasing negotiation power by taking into account the situations of logistics systems related to the purchase and transportation of lumbar. The study also developed a transportation system model of common transportation among lumbar handling companies in the same area or zone as a plan to improve empty transfer rates and high frequency of transportation, major causes of high logistics costs, by helping companies run their own vehicles in the transportation stage of materials.
The study especially came up with a logistics rationalization plan by examining and analyzing the stages and costs of transportation between the ports and manufacturing or processing plans as well as the connections between lumbar purchase costs and discounts for quantity.
