기업가정신과 기술혁신역량이 고용 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향 연구 = A Study on the Effects of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Capacity on Employment and Business Performance

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

[Purpose]This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurship and technology innovation capability on small and medium enterprises (SMEs) procuring sustainable competitive advantage.
[Methodology]A survey was conducted on technology innovation SMEs based in Busan and Gyeongnam province. The reliability and validity of the collected data were reviewed and the hypothesis verified via multiple regression analysis and parametric regression analysis.
[Findings]The result of regression analysis on the effect of entrepreneurship and technology innovation capability on employment and management performance, statistically showed that innovativeness has a significantly positive effect on employment performance and knowledge management performance. Research and development capability has a positive impact on employment and knowledge management performance, and strategic planning capability has a positive influence on knowledge management and financial management performances. In particular, strategic planning capability has a high impact on knowledge management performances, which proved to be a crucial factor in procuring the economy power of SMEs in response to the 4th Industrial Revolution.
[Implications]To increase the employment and management performances of SMEs, the continuous improvement of government policy in the interest of entrepreneurship and coevolution between technology innovation SMEs with technology innovation capability are crucial.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

[연구목적]본 연구는 기업가정신과 기술혁신역량이 중소기업의 지속적인 경쟁우위 확보에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하고자 하였다.
[연구방법]이를 위해 부산․경남지역 소재 기술혁신형 중소기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료에 대해 신뢰성과 타당성을 검토하고 다중회귀분석과 매개회귀분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다.
[연구결과]기업가정신과 기술혁신역량이 고용 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 회귀분석 결과 혁신성은 고용성과와 지식경영성과에 통계적으로 유의한 정(＋)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구개발능력은 고용성과와 지식경영성과에 유의한 정(＋)의 영향을 미치고, 전략계획역량은 지식경영성과와 재무적경영성과에 유의한 정(＋)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 전략계획역량은 지식경영성과에 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 4차 산업혁명 대응을 위한 중소기업의 경쟁력 확보에 매우 중요한 요인임이 확인되었다.
[연구의 시사점]중소기업의 고용 및 경영성과를 높이기 위해 정부 정책의 지속 또는 개선 방향은 기업가정신에 관한 관심과 기술혁신역량을 가진 기술혁신형 중소기업 간의 긴밀한 연계와 공진화가 중요하다는 시사점을 도출하였다.
