    The Influence of Job Insecurity on Employees’ Voice Behavior: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Affective Commitment and the Moderating Effect of Perceived Employability

    [Purpose]This study aims to verify the effect of job insecurity on voice behavior, the mediating effect of affective commitment and the moderating effect of perceived employability.
    [Methodology]Base on theoretical research, this study puts forward 3 key research hypotheses and established a research model. Data were collected from employees in China by the survey method and SPSS & AMOS programs were used to test the hypotheses of the research model.
    [Findings]Job loss insecurity, human capital job feature insecurity and work condition job feature insecurity are both significantly and negatively related to employees’ voice behavior. Affective commitment plays a mediating role between job insecurity and voice behavior and perceived employability plays a moderating role on the relationship between job insecurity and voice behavior.
    [Implications]Managers should pay attention to the negative impact of job insecurity, especially job feature loss insecurity, and improve employees’ affective commitment and perceived employability by offering skills training for employees or taking other management measures.
