The significance of high school academic performance has notably increased due to the growing dominance of early university admissions, which in turn has fueled rapid expansion in the private education market. Despite this demand, existing online education platforms primarily rely on instructor-centered, one-way lectures that fail to effectively foster active student engagement or personalized learning experiences. In response, this study proposes a collaborative educational Q&A platform specifically designed to improve GPA through collective student participation and peer-to-peer knowledge exchange. Utilizing the Lean Canvas framework, the study analyzes nine core business model components and generates key ideas, including a contribution-based reward system, a dynamic question-to-mentor matching algorithm, and a flexible, scalable revenue model. A minimum viable product (MVP) was also developed with focus on essential features such as asking questions, providing answers, peer evaluation, and reward distribution. The proposed platform is expected to support public education and enhance student academic outcomes by promoting a more engaging, interactive, and student-centered learning environment.
