This thesis describes an implementation of mutual cooperative diagnosis system through the network communication. Through the proposed architecture and algorithm. we has tried to make advanced utility for diagnosis and adopted it PET imaging system. It has been implemented in Visual C++ under Windows 98 OS and mutual cooperative diagnosis was tested in the general LAN(local area network) environment. Experimental results show the effectiveness of image man ipulation and network communication for total system operation. We think this system could be used for inter-hospital communication for the clinical decision and make more easy access to the PET image interpretation.
