태권도 선수들의 시합 전 경쟁 상태불안

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 아직까지 불안 수준을 평가하기 위한 방법이나 기준이 미흡한 태권도 선수들의 경쟁상태 불안을 분석하여 경기력 향상에 기여하고자 하는 것이 이연구의 필요성 및 목적이다. 연구의 대상은 서울, 경기도 협회에 태권도 선수들을 연구의 대상자로 선정하였으며, 표본추출방법은 단순무선표집법(simple random sampling)을 이용하였으며, 회수된 자료는 Window용 SPSS/PC+13.0 Version 통계프로그램을 이용하여 연구의 목적에 따라 전산처리 하였다. 결론적으로 본연구의 결과 및 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 변인에 따른 경쟁특성불안의 차이검증 중 성별에 따른 경쟁특성 불안의 비교에서 여자선수가 남자선수보다 경쟁특성불안이 더욱 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 학년에 따라서는 경쟁특성불안의 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 경력에서는 선수생활을 1년-3년 한 선수 4년 이상 활동한 선수에 비해 경쟁특성불안이 더욱 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인구통계학적 변인에 따른 경쟁상태 불안의 차이검증에서 성별과 학년에 따른 경쟁상태 불안의 비교에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 경력에 따른 경쟁상태 불안에서 인지적 불안은 제외한 신체적 불안과 상태 자신감에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 또한 학년에 따른 경쟁특성불안 중 상태자신감에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 선수들의 특성불안 수준이 경쟁상태 불안(인지적, 신체적, 상태자신감)중 인지적 불안에는 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 신체적 불안에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 상태자신감에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다..
