This study explored the knowledge structure of research on childcare teachers’ job stress using text mining. A total of 417 academic articles published from 2000 to 2024 were analyzed through keyword extraction, network analysis, and topic modeling. Keyword analysis showed frequent use of terms such as teacher, child, burnout, and psychology. TF-IDF analysis emphasized psychological and emotional concepts like job satisfaction, teacher efficacy, happiness, and ego-resilience. N-gram analysis identified frequent word combinations, including infant–teacher, psychology–burnout, and teacher–empathy–ability. In the network analysis, teacher, childcare center, and job satisfaction appeared as central keywords, while terms such as emotion, role, and professionalism showed high betweenness centrality. Topic modeling revealed nine key themes, including work environment, child abuse, parental conflict, and resilience. These findings provide insights into the multidimensional structure of job stress research on childcare teachers and suggest practical implications for future research and support strategies.
