行政論理 提高를 위한 官僚腐敗 統制에 관한 硏究 = A Study on the Control of Public Servant Corruption to enhance Administrative Ethics

As the environment of the modern society is changing constantly, so administration is changing go that it may have organic relation to such rapidly changing environment. Accordingly, administrative works are varied and complicated, which demands the extension of the discretion of administration and the specialization of public services. The characteristics of public services have required occupational ethics and responsibility distinguished from other jobs. And Which have required the methods for the prevention of public service of corruption can be summarized as follows.
In the first place, on the part of an individual as a public servant, moralities for self-training. Secondly, in the structural aspect, the reward of the public servants should be guaranteed, and in doing so, this guarantee should help to passively prevent the factors of environments, since administrative structure, has much to do with its environment, the qualities of the environment surrounding administration have a key role in improving public ethics.
