The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze the impact of servicescape on perceived value and repurchase intention in pet-friendly accommodation facilities. Servicescape was composed of four factors: physical environment, convenience and functionality, hygiene and safety, and social environment. A total of 312 data samples were collected from users who had experience staying at pet-friendly accommodations. The results of confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling showed that servicescape had a significant positive (+) effect on perceived value, and perceived value had a strong positive (+) effect on repurchase intention. Additionally, servicescape also had a direct effect on repurchase intention, and the partial mediating effect of perceived value was verified through bootstrapping analysis. This study extends servicescape theory in the new context of pet-friendly accommodation and presents academic and practical implications by empirically confirming the value-based behavioral model.
