This study was focused on verifying the effectiveness of mental health program for the children who show the tendency of Attention-deficit hyperactivity in school setting. This research was based on intervention research method of Rothman and Thomas. It consisted of Problem Analysis and Project Planning, Information Gathering & Synthesis, Design, Early Development and Pilot Testing, Evaluation and Advanced Development. The child intervention program was designed based on cognitive-behavior therapy. For the accuracy of this experiment, quasi-experimental design was applied and non- equivalent control group pretest-post design has been designed. It was run for 80 minutes per program once a week. It was done 12 times in total. The results of this study showed more significant effects in appropriate skills/behaviors and self-control ability than the comparison group by teacher rating.
