This paper is to examine and prospect North Korean Workers` Party`s Policy under Kim Jong-un Era. The revival of the political bureau of the Korean Workers` Party` political role and the army`s seize of power through the political bureau of the Korean People`s Army play a key role in stabilizing the North Korean regime and unifying the party and army politically and ideologically. The Korean Workers` Party`s Unique line of Economic Construction and Nuclear Weapon is in fact to improve the power of the nuclear armament. 6?28 economic reform means the coexistence of capitalistic market system and centrally planned economy system and market will play a pivotal role in the allocation of resources in North Korea. Recently, the Korean Workers` Party tries to devote all political energy to create and cultivate the dear leader image of Kim Jong-un in order to make North Korean people to feel a sense of closeness with their great leader. However, in the middle of that, the Korean Workers` Party has strengthened the censorship. When it comes to North Korean policy toward neighboring countries in East Asia, comprehensive diplomatic strategy is not just to improve the US-North Korea relations but to improve diplomatic relations among all the countries that would help maximize North Korea`s diplomatic interests at the same time. On top of that, it should be note that a major premise of two Korea`s responding to accepting and offering for Inter-Korean dialogue means that two Koreas eventually start to admit each other`s political legitimacy and authority.
