교직 수강생의 진로결정수준과 MBTI 성격유형 및 직업흥미유형과의 관계 = The Relationship in the Personality Type by the MBTI, the Vocational Interest Type by Strong and Career Decision Making of Preliminary Teachers

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship in the personality type by the MBTI, the vocational interest type by Strong and career decision making of preliminary teachers. The subjects were 128 students desiring teachers. The data was analyzed by Chi-square, correlations, ANOVA by repeated measure and regression.The results of this study are as follows;First, INTP in the male students, ESTJ in the female students are the most of all the MBTI. In examining distribution of MBTI index, most male students have I type, N type and P type, but most female students E type, S type and J type. Also, in the psychological function type, male students' NT rate and female students' ST rate attain the highest proportion. In the distribution of career interest, both male and female students have Social Type. the results showed that there are the significant differences in MBTI, MBTI index and Vocational Interest Type by sex.Second, in analyzing the relationship MBTI and Vocational Interest Type, there are the significant differences in S/N, J/P index and Vocational Interest Type. Also, the Vocational Interest explains 23% of E/I variance, 21% of S/N. There are high relation among the E/I index, social type and enterprising type.Third, the level of career decision making and J/P, artistic type and E type, artistic type and N type, and Social type and E type have the positive correlations. Realistic type and investigative type correlate with T/F negatively. Conclusively, in the relation with MBTI, vocational interest and the level of career decision making, MBTI and vocational interest explains 23% variance of the level of career decision making.
