시스템 사고의 도덕교육적 함의 = Implications of Systems Thinking in Moral Education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

학교에서 시스템 사고를 교육하는 것은 학생들에게 복잡한 문제를 해결하고, 창의적이고 비판적인 사고를 기르며, 협업과 책임감을 강조하는 등 다양한 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 시스템 사고 기술은 개인의 성장뿐만 아니라 사회 전체의 발전에도 기여할 수 있는 중요한 교육적 접근법이다. 이러한 명백한 이점에도 불구하고, 시스템 사고는 전 세계적으로 아직 학교 교육과정 및 도덕교육의 핵심 골격이 되지는 못하였다. 이에 이 논문에서는 시스템 사고의 도덕교육적 함의를 규명하였다. 이 논문에서 는 시스템 사고의 개념과 발전 과정을 살펴보고, 도덕교육에서 시스템 사고 기술의 중요성을 규명하며, 학교의 도덕 수업에서 시스템 사고 기술을 발달시키기 증거 기반의 교수ㆍ학습 방법을 제안하였다.

Teaching systems thinking in schools has a variety of positive effects on students, such as solving complex problems, cultivating creative and critical thinking, and emphasizing collaboration and responsibility. Systems thinking skills are an mportant educational approach that can contribute not only to individual growth but also to the development of society as a whole. Despite these obvious advantages, systems thinking has not yet become the core framework of school urriculum and moral education worldwide. Therefore I tried to delve into the implications of systems thinking in moral education. In this article, the conceptual definitions and developmental process of systems thinking were examined, the mportance of systems thinking skills in moral education was identified, and an evidence-based teaching and learning method was proposed to develop systems thinking skills in the classes of moral education.
