모바일 웹기반 핵심기본간호술 성취평가 관리시스템 개발 및 평가

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 핵심기본간호술 역량강화를 위하여 서울시내 1개 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 프로토콜 학습을 지원하고, 교직원과 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 성취평가를 관리할 수 있는 모바일 웹기반 정보시스템을 개발하고자 수행되었다.
본 연구는 시스템 개발 생명 주기인 분석- 설계- 구현- 평가의 과정에 따라 수행되었다.
분석 단계에서 사용자그룹과 전문가그룹을 대상으로 3단계에 걸쳐 콘텐츠 요구사항 및 7개 영역에 대한 시스템 요구사항을 수렴하였다. 이 중 시스템 기능 요구사항은 14개의 유스케이스 목록과 다이어그램으로 정리하였다.
설계 단계에서는 요구사항 분석 내용을 바탕으로 리눅스 기반의 시스템 구성도와 6개 테이블과 55개 컬럼으로 구성된 데이터베이스, 18개 사용자 인터페이스 화면을 설계하였다.
구현 단계에서 모바일 운영체제와 상관없이 사용 가능한 웹기반 정보시스템을 전산개발자의 도움을 받아 개발하였다.
평가단계에서는 4인의 전문가를 대상으로 휴리스틱 평가를 수행하여 전문가들이 지적한 15개 문제를 시스템 개선에 반영하였다. 또한 S간호대학의 교직원 18명과 학생 100명을 대상으로 사용자만족도 평가(end-user computing satisfaction)를 시행하여 요인별로 5점 만점에 3.85 ∼ 4.09점의 전체적으로 높은 사용자 만족도 점수를 받았다.
본 연구는 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 프로토콜 학습을 지원하면서, 수기방식의 핵심기본간호술 성취평가 관리의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 방법으로 국내 간호 분야에서 처음 시도된 모바일 웹기반 정보시스템 개발연구로서, 본 연구의 개발과정과 결과는 추후 타 간호교육기관에서의 핵심기본간호술 성취평가 관리시스템 개발 시에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

With the purpose of strengthening overall core nursing skill competence, this research was conducted to develop a mobile web-based information system which can help education and management of core nursing skills for faculty members and students at one nursing college in Seoul.
Software development life cycle method was for this research.
In the stage of analysis, diverse opinions were gathered through three stages from both user groups and expert groups on the demand for content and demand for system in seven areas. Among this, the demand on system was summarized into 14 use case lists and diagrams.
In the stage of design, LINUX-based system structure, a database composed of 6 tables and 55 columns, and 18 interface screens were designed based on the analysis.
In the stage of implementation, a mobile web-based information system was developed which can be used regardless of mobile operating systems with the help of computer developers.
In the stage of evaluation, 15 problems raised by experts were reflected into the system improvement by conducting heuristic evaluation on 4 experts. Moreover, user satisfaction was measured against 18 faculty members and 100 students by using the EUCS(end user computing satisfaction) tool and it turned out to be high at 3.85-4.09 (out of 5) for each construct.
This research is the first of its kind for developing a mobile web-based information system for core nursing sector in Korea with the aim of developing sound nursing skills management system and assisting nursing skill education.
The process and result of the research are expected to contribute to developing core nursing skills management system in other education institutions.
