사회인지 훈련을 활용한 인지행동 집단치료가 정신분열병 환자의 비합리적 생각과 우울에 미치는 효과에 대한 사례연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 정신분열병 환자의 비합리적 생각과 우울을 경감시키기 위해 실시한 인지행동 집단치료에 대해 기술하고, 2명의 개별 치료 사례의 치료경과를 상세히 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 정신분열병 환자들의 참여 동기를 높이고, 인지-행동 모델을 쉽게 이해시키며, 비합리적 생각에 보다 쉽게 접근하기 위해 4단 만화를 이용하였다. 또한 사회인지 훈련 기법과 다양한 인지치료 기법을 통합하여 비합리적 생각의 강도를 완화시키며, 수반되는 정서 문제를 경감시키고, 대처방법을 익히는데 중점을 두었다. 연구 결과 집단형태의 인지행동치료가 정신분열병 환자들의 비합리적 생각과 우울을 경감시키고 사회 적응을 높이는데 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 앞으로 본 연구에서 사용한 치료 및 평가 기법들을 보완하고 더 많은 환자들에게 치료를 실시하여 효과를 검증한다면 정신재활현장에서 널리 활용할 수 있을 것이다

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this study was to introduce Cognitive-Behavioral Group Therapy (CBGT) for
schizophrenia, and evaluate its effectiveness on reducing irrational thoughts and depression of
individuals with chronic schizophrenia through case studies. Two patients with schizophrenia
completed a 15-session CBGT, which focused on improving social context appraisal, reducing
irrational thoughts and emotional distress, and enhancing social adjustment. They were
assessed prior to the start of treatment, after 8th session, after 11th session and shortly after
the treatment using BDI, social adjustment scale, and irrational thoughts records. The results
demonstrated that both subjects showed improvement on social adjustment and reduction in
irrational thoughts and depression in stressful interpersonal situations. Although the finding
should be interpreted with great caution because of methodological limitations, it showed
some promise for CBGT, suggesting the need for further studies with randomized controlled
trial with more subjects and extensive assessment.
