수련활동지도자의 개인 및 조직 특성에 따른 직무만족 = Job satisfaction of outdoor program educators according to individual and organizational factors

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the difference of job satisfaction in outdoor program educators. The data was collected from 594 outdoor program educators engaged in the youth training facilities. The participants completed a survey questionnaire which asked for their demographic information, personality, and perception of job satisfaction. The data was analyzed with frequency, t-test, and ANOVA. Results indicated that the overall job satisfaction difference was detected according to age, the year of career, and the type of facilities. However, there was no significant group difference according to gender and personality.
