태권도 도장의 고용안정을 위한 4대 보험 적용 방안 = The Application Method of 4 Major Types of Social Insurance for the Job Security of Taekwondo Dojang

The purpose of this study was to discover a solution about the application methods of social insurance for the job security of Taekwondo Dojang (academy). Generally, social insurance includes 4 major types of insurance, National Pension, Health Insurance, Employment insurance, and Worker`s Compensation Insurance. After summarizing a general idea of the social security system, it arranged the concept of 4 major social securities. Based on each insurance rate by law, it calculated the taxation and shows the burden on employers (Gwanjang) and employees (Sabeom) when they join the SIS (social insurance scheme), Also, it arranged a joint procedure on 4 major social insurances that are clearly from various practical affairs, This study will help both the employer (Gwanjang) and employee (Sabeom) understand the 4 major social insurances. It needs explanation and promotion to justify the reason each social field in the Taekwondo Dojang (academy), Kukkiwon, Korea Taekwondo Association and its branches, should join. Of course, it needs education on the university which established takwondo as a major. Finally, it needs to recognize the issue of joining the 4 major social insurances and its future associated with Taekwondo.
