국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 거래적 리더십과 변혁적 리더십이 디지털 기업가지향성과 디지털 혁신에 미치는 영향 및 기술 불확실성의 조절효과를 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 디지털 기업가지향성과 디지털 혁신에 영향을 미치는 요인을 거래적 리더십과 변혁적 리더십으로 설정하였다. 그리고 디지털 기업가지향성과 디지털 혁신에 미치는 영향 관계에서 기술 불확실성의 조절효과를 검증하고자 한다. 디지털 기업가지 향성, 리더십, 디지털 혁신, 기술 불확실성에 대한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 연구모형과 가설을 설정하였다. 112개 기업을 대상으로 실증 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 거래적 리더십과 변혁적 리더십은 디지털 기업가지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 변혁적 리더십은 디지털 혁신에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으나, 거래적 리더십은 디지털 혁신에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 디지털 기업가지향성은 디지털 혁신에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 기술 불확실성은 디지털 기업가지향성이 디지털 혁신의 영향 관계에 있어서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 어떠한 리더십이 디지털 기업가지향성과 디지털 혁신을 향상시키며, 기술이 불확실한 상황에서 디지털 기술을 도입하여 혁신을 이루고자 하는 기업에게 전략적 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

The aim of this paper is to investigate the influence of transactional and transformational leadership on digital entrepreneurial orientation and digital innovation, as well as the moderating effect of technological uncertainty. To achieve the research purpose, contributing factors have been set as transactional and transformational leadership on digital entrepreneurial orientation and digital innovation. The research model and hypothesis are established based on the theoretical backgrounds of digital entrepreneurial orientation, leadership, digital innovation, and technological uncertainty. The proposed model is analyzed by targeting 112 companies. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows:
First, transactional and transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on digital entrepreneurial orientation. Second, transformational leadership has a positive effect on digital innovation, but transactional leadership has no significant effect on digital innovation. In addition, digital entrepreneurial orientation has a notable positive impact on digital innovation. Finally, technological uncertainty has a moderating effect in influencing entrepreneurial orientation on digital innovation. The results of this study demonstrate what kind of leadership improves digital entrepreneurial orientation and digital innovation, and may provide strategic implications for companies seeking to achieve innovation by digital technology in technologically uncertain situations.
