      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      This study is based on the following hypotheses which are set up to prove the relationship between fluid intelligence and crystallized with reference to home environment.
      1.The relationship between fluid intelligence and crystallized intelligence with reference to status variables in the home environment.
      (1) There will be significant relationship between fluid intelligence and crystallized intelligence in children who are high status group.
      (2) There will be no significant relationship between fluid intelligence and crystallized intelligence in children who are low status group.
      2.The relationship between fluid intelligence and crystallized intelligence with reference to process variables in the home environment.
      (1) There will be significant relationship between fluid intelligence and crystallized intelligence in children who are high process group.
      (2) There will be no significant relationship between fluid intelligence and crystallized intelligence in children who are low process group.
      3.The relationship of the process variables will be greater than that of the status variables in the relation between fluid intelligence and crystallized intelligence.
      The major findings of this study were as follows.
      1.There was high relationship between fluid intelligence and crystallized intelligence in 11-12year old children. This result was different from the study of Lee ok-hyoung.
      2.There was significant relationship between fluid intelligence and crystallized intelligence in both children who were high and low group. But, in the result of paired t-test, there was significant difference between fluid intelligence and crystallized intelligence in children who were low group.
      3.The difference between the process variables and status variable in the relationship between fluid intelligence and crystallized intelligence was not significant.
