대학생의 진지한여가, 레크리에이션 전문화, 몰입 및 행복의 관계 = The Relationships between Serious Leisure, Recreation Specialization, Flow, and Happiness

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between serious leisure, recreation specialization, flow, and happiness. The subjects for this study were a total of 283 students from 6 universities located in Seoul and Kyonggi, and were collected by convenience sampling method. The collected data was analysed by statistical programs for Windows such as SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0. The results extracted from statistical analysis were as follows. First, serious leisure had positive influence on recreation specialization. Second, serious leisure had positive influence on happiness. Third, recreation specialization didn`t have any influence on happiness. Fourth, serious leisure had positive influence on flow experience. Fifth, recreation specialization had positive influence on flow experience. Sixth, flow experience didn`t have any influence on happiness. According to these results, serious leisure can be recommended for college students as a desirable leisure pattern, and the university needs to be conscious of making circumstance for serious leisure.
