체육학 박사과정 연구자의 삶과 수학과정의 의미: 내러티브 탐구 = Life of Researcher in a PhD Candidate in Physical Education and Meaning of Studying Processes: Narrative Inquiry

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is a narrative inquiry on the life of a PhD candidate in Physical Education in Korea. The primary source of this study which was carried out from the perspective of ethnography was the diary of the researcher. The text of research was composed according to the Procedure of Narrative Analysis by Connelly & Clandinin(2000), and the story was narrated from the viewpoint of the 1st person where the researcher was expressed as ``I``. My story is narrated separately as I in Master degree program, I in PhD program and I in the present in chronological order. In the I in Master degree program, it describes of myself who began Academic curriculum to realize my dream for teacher and professor. The ``I in PhD program`` chronicles myself who gave a great effort to become a real physical education researcher within the subordinary topics such as the PhD program which I started in an unguarded moment, learning through delphi research, meeting with qualitative study, two times of experience in international academic conference, the first challenge as a full time instructor and wrapping up the 1st year. The I in the present describes about me who have chosen to take a leave of absence from the school because of the anxiety for future. The academic course of researcher was reproduced in three different meanings. The first is the challenge and escape from the PhD program. The second is the satiety and aeriality to myself, replaced by a PhD candidate. The third is the confidence and anxiety on the PhD program. Lastly, through this study, the author could have an opportunity to self examine academic course so far, found the ``self`` who wishes to be ``a physical education researcher``, and finally the study is finishing with an expectation for my future who grows up as the real ``physical education researchers`.
