일반학교 교육과정과 특수학교 교육과정 연계를 위한 시론(始論) = Overview On Continuity With General and Special Curricula

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research thesis explores the `dualistic` `system` of which the Korean public educational curricula have been incorporated into `general` and `special` schooling since the separation of such curricula was marked and amended during the respectively different terms. But, in the terms of the public educational implementation systems, the education amendment terms have been unified in links with overall educational curricula as of the 7th educational curricula terms. In light of the public educational curricula, the focus of research thesis was on the possible singular link of the two-dimensional educational curricula: universalism-oriented `general` curriculum and specialism-oriented `special` curriculum: in the process of developing education. In a bid to link `general` with `special` schooling, this thesis drew the four conclusions as follows: First, the educational curricula links based on foreign and Korean cases and preceding researches proved that the 7th educational curricula and its amendment, according to the current law, have been constituted and incorporated with the focus on `universal` education, throughout the educational curricula. In this paper, the request for the links of `universal` general schooling is, thus, made. Second, the universalism-oriented and specialism-oriented educational curricula should be initiated through the singular educational system and through the interactions with the two educational curricula: `general` and `special`. Third, the teaching personnel-fostering systems need to build the singular fostering system in order to secure special teaching personnel systems on the condition of not separate but integrate basis. Lastly, possible decision-making channels should be secured in early phase of general schooling so that special education experts could jointly discuss educational policies and etc.
