Recently qualitative improvement of ready mixed concrete is urgently needed as the demand of civil and architectural structures sharply increase home and abroad.
However the betterment of ready mixed concrete has been hindered because of shortage of concrete engineers and technology and the dependance in conventional method from design to management.
This study aim at taking good qualitative ready mixed concrete with the match design by computer system in manufacturing process of concrete.
Getting the required workability, the improvement in quality control of ready mixed concrete is scrutinized bu analyzing transportation and cycle time.
The summarized results are as follows;
1. Standard mixing time (35∼50) should be strictly observed.
2. The quality of ready mixed concrete is little influenced mixing 10∼15% supplemently use of stone.
3. In case of delay in transportation time, flow agent should be used not to reduce slump values and air contents.
